Pickup, Repair, Return Services

We provide complimentary pickup and re-delivery throughout Brisbane for a range of repair types, including iPad repairs. We’ll arrange collection of your device by courier, return it to our workshop for repair and then arrange re-delivery after repair.

Pickup and Re-delivery services are provided by Australian National Couriers, Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.

How It Works

The Pickup
You can book your repair online or by phone. Once we receive your booking, we’ll arrange a courier to collect your device from you. When you are booking online or by phone, you’ll be asked to provide a “ready time”. This is the earliest time that we advise the courier company that they can pickup your device from. Pickup’s are usually completed within 4 hours of your selected “ready time”.

The Repair
One your device is delivered to our workshop, it’s quickly processed and placed in our repair queue. Most repairs are completed on the same day that the device arrives to our workshop. Once the repair is complete we’ll notify you by email. This notification includes your invoice number, the amount payable and payment options. We accept Credit Card payment online and by phone.

After payment is received, your device will be packaged securely and shipped out on the next available courier run.
